"I am confident we can get the job done in
South Africa. This is because we have a good team with determined
players who are ready to prove that it is a new dawn for the game in the
country," Moses told Goal.com.
"Nigeria missed the last
tournament in Equatorial Guinea and Gabon and there is a hunger on the
part of the players to do well and appease the fans of the team.
"We
have a wonderful coaching crew who know how to bring out the best in
the players. They have succeded in making sure that every player merits
being on the plane to South Africa.
"Nigerians are praying and the football authorities are also working round the clock to motivate the team.
"We have a strong team and with all the preparations that will be put in place, I don't see anything stopping us," Moses said.
Nigeria is in Group C alongside defending champions Zambia, Burkina Faso and Ethiopia.
