While people likes Asari Dokubo and Ann-Kio Briggs are making open threats to the existence of Nigeria if their brother Goodluck Jonathan is not voted as president in 2015 –– although they say some Northerners have also made similar threats in the past and nothing happened –– the Presidency is busy wasting money to monitor what Nigerians are saying on the internet.

How shallow can a government be! Wasting N6billion to monitor internet...
Anyway, Naijaonpoint.Com gathered that the House of Reps has ordered a full investigation of the contract which they see as a total waste of Nigeria's scarce resources.
The Federal Lawmakers ordered immediate suspension of the $40 million (N6 billion) internet surveillance contract awarded secretly by the Nigerian government to an Israeli firm.

According to a resolution reached by the House on Thursday, no further action should be taken on the "spy project", which has sparked national fury.

The Aminu Tambuwal-led House of Reps has also commissioned three committees to thoroughly investigate the Presidency over the controversial contract and report back in three weeks.
No money was even approved for such a phony project by the National Assembly, which means Nigeria's money is just being spent without any form of accountability. This is serious!
