She is from Ondo State in Nigeria. She was born 1978, to Mr. & Mrs. Shola Jalade.
She attended Christland Nursery School and Oxford Children School (both in Lagos) for her primary school education. She attended Command Secondary School, Kaduna for her secondary school. She attended Yaba College of Technology, where she studied Estate Management.
She is married to Capt. Matthew Ekeinde Jnr., and they have four children.
