Chocolate City rapper, Henry Panshak Zamani, popularly known as Ice Prince is a year older today.
Ice Prince was born in Minna, Niger State but moved to Jos when he was two.
He attended St. Murumba School, the same school attended by P Square and Chelsea midfielder Mikel Obi.
Ice Prince started writing songs in 1998, started studio recording in 2001. He got together with some friends in 2002 and formed the Ecomog Squad, but split a year later.
2004 was the year Ice Prince met the Abaga brothers, M.I. and Jesse Jagz at a young persons’ forum. He released his first single ‘Extraordinary’ in the same year.
The Aboki crooner has stamped his authority as one of the hottest
properties in Nigeria’s music industry after his 2010 hit ‘Oleku’, and
he’s not finished yet, as he works harder to win more awards.
